Food Notes is “a filmed, immersive, soul-centered retreat experience—where guests become co-creators of food, art, and music in paradise.”
Each retreat brings together 18 guests (local and/or international), who participate in vegan/raw food workshops, live music performances, and creative Art. “It all begins with you living out your dreams with us here, healing in music, great foods and assist in whatever type of artistry you’d like to develop.
We are here to help you on your healing journey to take care of you physically, mentally and artistically. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, there is one of our specialty practitioners that can help you move closer to your goals in healing.
